Hello, I’m interested in moving my Website (ITbananas.com) from my current hosting provider to
 another web hosting company.  I’ve found many users recommending your service, could you give me some information
before I make my final decision?


I have more as a general questions I’ll appreciate if you could answer?
What country the server will be located?
Do you accept payment by a monthly basis /Year?
What is the type of the panel you support, Cpane?
Do you support Subdomains? (How much does it cost)?
Can you supply me with an IP address so I can check the site latency (Traceroute, ping)?
What happens if I exceed the allotted bandwidth?
Do you have a refund for a downtime?
Is there an obligation to the service, what is the penalty for cancellation?
BTW: I'm using Wordpress platform and I will use my own wordpress
installation (in my language) is any restriction I should know of?
Up and running: once I will arrange all the payment issues how long before I'm up and
running?
